RATES AND BOOKING THE HUTCH AND THE BURROW
Come direct to us or book via our online booking agents
If you like what you see and read, and would like to come and stay with us then please get in touch. We are very responsive to messages and calls, so will be able to let you know almost immediately our availability and confirm pricing. Alternatively you can book immediately via Airbnb, Booking.com or Tripadvisor.
The advantage to booking direct is that we can always offer you a better price. In current times, we also offer a very flexible cancellation and refund policy - as we are all aware plans can change very rapidly at the moment. We just ask that you please give as much notice as possible if you think your plans need to change.
Our rate for direct bookings is between £75-90 a night depending on the time of year.
Unlike a lot of holiday rental accommodation we don't hugely inflate our prices over holiday periods.
We also don't charge any extra for children staying with you.
We offer a 5% discount on stays over 3 nights and 10% discount on stays over 7 nights.
We ask for a £100 refundable damage deposit payable 2 weeks before your arrival, this is normally refunded to you within a day or two of your departure.
